Macro To Re-Arange Specific Rating Data

Hi Friends,

Please assist witha macro that will re-arrange data as follws in excel worksheet where each locations Ratings 3 & 4 will be side by side under the headings 3 and 4

Current (simplified):

and so on

There are several hundred of locations with various 3 & 4 ratings and work details.

What is required is for the macro to re-arrange the data as:

and so on

Why not just use a pivot table with Loc and Work Descr as row lables and Rating as Column label and then Data section if the Count of Ratings ?? You don't need to change the source structure at all an will come out just fine.

Thank you Nimrod. I did try pivot option before coming to the forum for help. I need to have the work details( which are in text ) for Rating 3 under 3 and those of Rating 4 under 4.
