Save rows as text file & name file from a cell

I am new here. I have seen similar questions asked here, but nothing exactly like this. Thank you for your consideration in answering this question.

I have a rather large Excel file with two columns. Column 'A' has a number code, "1234567" for example. Column 'B' has a description, "H3WW8Y Widget Steel" for example.

I want to export all of the column 'B' rows as separate text files and name them after column 'A'. So after the code is run (or formula), there would be a file called "1234567.txt". That "1234567.txt" file would contain "H3WW8Y Widget Steel".
