A Macro to print name badge from a list

Hi, everyone I'm in desperate need of some help.

I work for a charity association and host regulary meeting/event with lots of people, we have a system generating an excel file with the list of names and we would like Excel to print it on a certain format (paper badge).

I have no experience and would like to create a macro that would take a list of name, company name, date of event and to print on a certain way (bagde).

I have a word template for the badge printing format.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Rather than messing about with VBA Macros have you looked at doing a mail merge using an Excel file as your source for the data. You would need to change the layout of your Excel file so that the company name etc are repeated on each line rather than merged cells.

Use code tags when posting your VBA code:
Your code here
Cool, it's a useful tool and not half as scary as a lot of people think.
