Grab data from site via Query or Macro

I have recently join the forum and this is my first post... i have some problem with my work... this is very slow and take much more time ....
i copy data to excel file like this... see image

from the site.
http://kcci.com.pk/Members/MembersSearch.aspx
copy paste data from different links but user id is like 1,2,3 through 3218
http://kcci.com.pk/UserProfile/tabid...1/Default.aspx

i want to grab this data through any query or a macro.. but i am new user of excel and not know how to do this... i have heard about this site from a friend. now posting here my problem... Please help me... i am in big trouble.

Brother you have done a great job.. but i want to grab that from different links. the first link is
http://kcci.com.pk/UserProfile/tabid...1/Default.aspx
and it goes to
http://kcci.com.pk/UserProfile/tabid...8/Default.aspx
in links you have to change only user id number.
remember that the format style of data is like this image

Please provide me query related to this link's.
