Copy & Paste Values in a Loop

In the range A58:X93 is Trade #1, in the range Z58:AW93 is Trade #2. My worksheet will have many more Trades added over time. In the first column of each Trade in row 60 is the day count. Starting with the first Trade, if this day count is equal to 1 then I need a macro that can copy E59:E88 and paste that range as values to G59:G88. I need the macro to be able to loop through every trade and perform this action on the appropriate ranges for each trade. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks
