Macro - move files to folder based on list in worksheet

Hi

I have a workbook called CHECK.xls which contains a sheet called Processed.
The Processed sheet contains a list of files in column C which are present in the folder C:\processed

Is there a way to move those files from that folder into C:\processed\ready

But please bear in mind that I don't want ALL files to be moved, only the ones which are listed in column C in my processed workbook.

Any ideas would be great

hi, uncleslinky, one of the options (not using wildcats as I have not seen file names list). File names start from C1 and go down without blank cells and there are no duplicates.

Is it possible to run on sub folders eg - C:\processed\1, C:\processed\2, C:\processed\3, etc
