Transposing vertical data sets to horizontal positions

I work with scheduling software that generates text reports. The data is displayed in a vertical format, but I would like to transpose the information into one horizontal line per employee number.

Attached is a sample spreadsheet that I've generated with two worksheets; one entitled "Original Report" and the other one entitled "What I want."

Any help is appreciated. I'm not very good at Visual Basic.
