formula for top four and bottom four numbers in a list without duplicating cells

I'm a making a spreadsheet to enter people's names in one column and scores in another column. I am trying to enter a formula to find the top four scores with corresponding names and the bottom four scores with corresponding names. The problem I am having right now is that if more than one person has the same score then it is only giving me the name of the first person in the list. I finally figured out how to excude any zeros from the calculations but now I've run into this problem.

I have attached a copy of my spreadsheet.
