Name Picker (Random)

Hi,
My office is having a raffle for a group of people.
I have a list of "test names" in Column A and I was wondering how to run a vbscript to randomly select a name from this list. (See attached file)

Your Help is greatly appreciated.

is there a way i could put another condition in the randomizer?
lets say (1) you cannot pick up your own name and (2) once a name is picked, it cannot be pick again
