Inserting rows and columns based on the given value

Hello everybody,

I have some data like below and i have a value...for ex: 28

column1 column2
1 21
2 30
3 15
. .
. .
10 20

i need an additional column based on the value like below

column1 column2 column3
1 1 21
1 2 30
. . .
. . .
1 10 20
2 1 21
2 2 30
. . .
. . .
2 10 20
. . .
. . .
28 1 21
. . .
. . .
28 10 20


Can someone help me ?

Your subject line talks about inserting rows while you example seems to insert columns . The best thing to do is to upload a workbook with sheets showing before and after. Sheet uploads can be done through the "Advanced" command button...ten "Manage Attachments" button.

Sorry for the trouble...I have attached the example sheet ......I have current format of data in sheet1 and I have the required format in sheet2.....
