Move CSV file does nor work in xl'10

Hello,
This code works fine when I run it in xl'03 but fails when I run it in xl'10

When I open the GetFiles in xl'03 and run the code sheet moves with no problems.
When I open the GetFiles in xl'10 and run the code I get an error telling me the rows don't match.

Is there a way for this to work in xl'10?

I suspect that the problem is that Excel 2010 sheets have many more rows than the 65526 available in Excel 2003.

You could try running Excel 2010 in combatibility mode.
