Move Zip code to adjacent cell.

I have a workbook with the following
Col C = Address
C5 = City
C6 = State Zip
C7 = City
C8 = State Zip
C9 = City
etc for 25K rows

I have created a Col D which is named ZIP.
I would like to cut the zip and paste to col D.
It should loop to the end.

I found that =RIGHT(TRIM(A1),5) will grab what I need but I cant figure out how to automate it in a loop.

Help?
