Help with Range formula

Hoping this is more simple than most of my questions...

I am trying to use some variables in my range formula but it keep getting an error. All three are defined as Long and set to a value using a simple lastrow or lastcol function.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
