    Question Conditional Month Counting Function

Hello, I'm looking for some help. I need Excel to calculate how many months are falling between two dates, assuming 30 days per month. IE 3/31/2010 - 5/1/2010 would return 1 instead of 1.03. In the date range, the end date (ie 5/1 above) is not included. The Start date is included, except in the example above, the 31st isn't included because it assumes 30 days per month... make sense? I attached an Excel file with what the answers should be in the highlighted area, but looking for a formula that calculates how many months in the range are in each of the year ending columns. Thanks for your help!!!
