Animated Cells

I have a to do spreadsheet created at work where I have colored the "Date Required Complete" cells from red to green basically showing how "hot" the item is to get done first for other employees. I would LOVE to make the very top (most important) cell on fire if possible. I am thinking like simple flames around the cell bracket. Is this possible? Would be sweeeeet! Thanks!

In fact, finding a way to input an animated border would do. Like a flaming border =D

Excel does not support animation.

You could use a web browser control to display an animated gif.

Or you can use VBA code, but the user can use the workbook whilst the code is running.

I suggest you forget the gimmicks and consider a more appropriate way to draw the users attention.
