VBA Colour Row depending on the value of a cell

    Hello,

I am a new user of VBA for Excel 2007. I need help solving a problem:

    I have a sheet with 3 columns:

In column 3, I have due dates.

I need code in VBA that will do automatically the following:

    If Date(system Date) - Due Date(date in column 3) < 2

Then the entire Row that contains the value less than 2, has to turn Red.

I know that I can do it from Excel 2007 with Conditional Formating but I want to write the procedure in VBA

Please help as it has past some time since I am thinking how to do it with no succes of course, and my girlfriend is sick of the same discution with me every day.

    Thanks
