    Smile Advance filter, count, countif and sum

    Hi, I need a macro..which can gives me an desired output which in the second sheet of attached workfile by using the sheet 1 data.

    As the data will change in daily basis..but the headings are permenant.
    We do manually by filters, firtst by reviewed and again by status1 etc...and it is taking atleast of 15 to 20 minutes daily.

    Please provide me solution.

    Kindly help ASAP. I will be very greatfull to you.

    You can do this easily with pivot tables.

    Took me only a few mins to put the attached example together and I'd never seen the data before.

    First of all "Thank You" so much for quick response...

    Using Pivot table is good option..however..again from pivot I have to copy data to the desired location ( I have to pre-prepare the format ). Again time consumption...

    Is there any other option/macro ...?
