    Complex Vlookup and paste

I'm trying to get a Price Proposal sheet to automatically update based on information from two other tabs. I've included a copy of what I'm trying to accomplish.

    1. Search for Part# in the Proposal Tab in the Fixed Pricing Tab
    2. Find the 1st available price break ignoring "0" & "9999999"
    3. Copy those qty breaks into the Proposal Tab
    4. Search for Part# in the Proposal Tab in the Qty Break Template Tab
    5. Determine the corresponding Price Code and link the pricing in the "L" column into the Proposal Tab.

I've highlighted the 1st example with red text to show how everything ties together. The Proposal Tab could contain 800+ part#'s.

I hope the sample spreadsheet will explain it a little better. Any questions please feel free to ask and thank you.

Looks to be missing the example workbook.
