Select / range data

Hi, i have data stored in columns A:B. The data is like this:

A1:B100 - contains data that i want to sort

A101:B103 - empty cells

A104:B200 - data that i don't want to sort


How do i tell my sorting macro to only select the A1:B100 data, but this range of data is not static, it changes depending on the sheet. The only thing that is constant are the 3 empty rows between the 2 sets of data.
