macro to compile specified rows in a new sheet

    Hi,

I am new to this forum but it is time to look for some help because it looks like I amm in need of Macro but I just have idea what it is.. not how to create it...

The situation is: I have to make document which allows user to create Offer without writing whole text everytime the new offer has to be created (but still the text needed in offer vary time to time).

I have attached excel document so that it is easier to understand my question.

My idea so far is to have Excel workbook where in one sheet user chooses or writes information which always varies like client address, telephone, prices etc. (INPUT sheet). This information is transfered to the sheet called Halfway by using references. In sheet HALFWAY I would like to have all possible text inputs as a result user only types in X in the column A for rows which contains information he needs. For example, I will have all clauses that might come up some time, but the user chooses just the ones which he needs for a particular offer.
Then I would like to have a Macro...which transfers all rows from sheet Halfway that have X in column A to the new sheet which would be then the final Offer consisting of chosen information. If it is possible the column A should be excluded as it contains only X, not necessary data. The new sheet could be called OFFER.

I really hope somebody can offer me some help or advice!!!
    many thanks in advance,
    regards,
    Eva M.
