Delete data in listboxes then recall the data without unloading userform

I have a UserForm with textboxes, checkboxes, comboboxes, and listboxes. I’d like to add a command button to the UserForm that when clicked will delete the data in listboxes 1, 2, 3, and 4 then recall the data range back into ListBox1 that I called initially when I activated the Userform; see below. Can this code be modified and put behind a command button to accomplish my objective?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello Sal1,

You should post your workbook. Seeing the layout, formatting, formulae, and any VBA code, will guarantee a working solution. A lot of time will also be saved by eliminating guesswork.
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross
