If condition not working in the loop

Hi All,

I have a worksheet with data in N number of rows; where the 'cell value of the second column' depends on the 'cell value of the first column'. This is how I want to be make sure my team for the right value in the second column.

Here I am getting a weird problem, the above code is not working properly, and fails when the first column(ALFA No.) has values like 9,90,91,92,93,94,95,96,97,98,99
