Data Validation with Dynamic List using VBA

I have created a table with the following columns.
Name Roll Grade. Under Name column I have 90 names out of which 20 people got A-Grade,60 people B-Grade and 10 people with C-Grade.

My requirement is when I search for A grade, a data validation list should be created in a cell for the usernames with A grade and for B grade corresponding to B grade in the same vice versa.
