Modify macro to highlight max&min values

Re revised macro: Max & min values highlighted by font colour.
This macro shown below refers to a previous post on 05-10-2011 Max & min values highlighted by font colour the problem was solved but the data has been moved to new cell locations and i would like to know if Is it possible to modify the revised macro to reflect revised column numbers and additional columns to be highlighted for max and min values

.The original query is as shown below
I have a long list of ratings which are in cols T,U,V,W on a spreadsheet with lots of other data.Is it possible to highlight the max&min values in red & green font respectively in each block that corresponds with the date course & time for that block eg.first block 14/4/11,HAY ,200. col T highest value =58 (red font) lowest value=33 (green font)and so on for cols U,V,W.Some blocks will have 2or 3 ratings with equal high & low ratings in which case they will also be in red & green font.Ihave separated the blocks for ease of illustration, there are normally no empty rows in the data which is around 5000 rows long on excel 2007.Many thanks for any help given.

The changes from the original spreadsheet (where the range was p2:w2) are an additional heading added and these headings are now moved to cols A-E,cols f to g and ag to ai contain no data for highlighting.Cols T to AF and AJ to AN contain ratings to be highlighted as per the original query.Revised headings are as shown below
    A B C D E f-g T -AF ag-ai AJ AK AL AM AN
    date sad name course time

    Many thanks for any help.
