Toggle on/off PrintAreas and automated export to pdf

    Hello all,

firstly, I would like to thank those who might choose to spear some time to help me.
Secondly, I must warn you that I am a total noob at excel.

I suggest you download the attached file in oder to better understand my poor explanation.

I am trying to create an excel spreadsheet (excel 2010) to help me grade exams and collect data (the goal is for me to calculate averages and understand which topics students liked/disliked).
My basic sheet includes 9 exam questions; each question is followed by various boxes for me to to fill in with different parameters (Structure, Form, Punctuation...etc etc).
Each student, however, is required to answer only 4 out of the 9 questions. Therefore when filling in the spreadsheet I will only add data to certain cells and not others.

Ideally, I would like to add two functions to my existing spreadsheet:

    1) A button/toggle next to each question (ideally in row C). If the button is pressed/toggle is activated all the rows (A and B) associated with that specific question are included in the print area.
    2) A macro which creates a pdf file comprising the 4 selected print areas (i.e. the four questions the student actually answered) plus cells $A1:$B5 (i.e. the heading containing the name of the student and the final grade); moreover, the file name of the pdf must be the same as the name of the sheet from which the data was gathered (as you probably guessed, each sheet will bear the name of a student).

I realise my explanation is not quite clear. However, if you open the attached file...and think about your past Uni exams...it should make sense.
Alternatively, I can try providing further explanations.

    Many thanks
