Paste Cell Multiple Times if Not Currently On List

Hi,

I am currently trying to create a master data table based in the inputs from four different tabs. Each line entered on the input tab creates a unique id key. I need that ID key to be copied to the master list 117 consecutive times starting from the first open cell in column A if that id key is not already on the list. Is there some VBA code that would be able to accomplish this?

I have attached a small sample of what I am trying to do. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
