Select all the cells in all the sheets. Copy and Paste Special as values.

If you have some cells which show values according to the formula, do this:
    1. Copy the cells containg values
    2. Right click where you would like to paste these values
    3. Select 'Paste Special' from the pop up form
    4. In 'Paste Special' window select the "values" from option buttons

I am sorry if it does not helps your problem. Its better to attach your excel sheet to better understand your problem.

    Regards

Re: Simplified sheets and extracting workbook

Hmm, that's the problem. Someone ask me to write a VBA code to extract files from a folder, and I did that, now that person wants me to extract tab from each files and put it into another workbook instantly; and that tab must be a simplified version; without any formulas or anything, just figures I guess.

Than copying all your sheets to a new workbook and then pasting all the formulas as values, you better save the same w.book in another name and then convert the formulas to values. If you can detail the requirement with sample workbook(s), it would be better.
