Updating last 10 games in records table

    Hello all,

Been stumped trying to figure out if there is a way to input the scores in the records table at the bottom (in any of the cells and no particular order) and then having the "LAST 10 GAMES" sections at the top auto-fill accordingly? The games are not played in order so there is no set list to go down. I have attached the excel sheet. Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi

How are you supposed to identify the last 10 games?

Well that's my problem I was thinking maybe there is some way that allows the sheet to know what fields were previously filled and which have just been edited?

    Hi

Hmmm. Which cells in what range would you want to use as the keys for indicating a result was generated? If you can determine those, then you could build an event macro that would add that cell address and the date/time it was changed to say sheet2, and have it sorted (descending on date / time). You would have to fill in some starting data. That would then give you a base that you could use to determine the last 10 entered items.

So what cells would be key to establishing a meaningful item that you would consider to be an "item" for your purposes?

If it helps, then step through the actions that you would do, and at what point you would consider a "result" to have been entered, and the cell(s) you require in your output. Manually work through one, and detail the steps.
