Modifying hyperlink address within cell via userform

Dear experts

This is another question following the one answered in url below where I can now record a hyperlink via userform.

Ever since, I have developed another userform to retrieve the record in worksheet "Data" so to allow editing and updating directly via userform. The nature of this new userform is that it has to run in another worksheet "Search", and whatever changes I have made through this userform will have to be be saved in worksheet "Data" upon the clicking of command button "Update".

I have successfully update all data by this userform, except for txt_Data5 and txt_Data6, which serve as hyperlink input. I just couldn't update the existing hyperlink to a new hyperlink.

I hereby attach the workbook, the said userform (frm_EntryForm) is run by clicking the red smiley in worksheet "Search", just type in ID no. 1014 as shown in row 10 as an example. In the end, I want to see changes take place in worksheet "Data" cell K16.

Within the VBA, I need some help in Private Sub cmd_Save_Click()
