Filter/Delete for Certain Date&Time

Hello,

I have a list of dates and times. I'd like to delete everything before prior business day 4:00 pm.

Here is an example list. Assume today is 06/09/2011. The format of the cells is custom mm/dd/yyyy h:mm. If possible, I'd like a loop that goes through and deletes any row older than 4:00 pm prior business day.

So that would be my best case scenario. I'm open to additional suggestions as well. As always, help and input is always very much appreciated. Thank you!
