If Statement to not Count Dates

Need help in solving problem to count or not count dates. See column AA row 373 of Client Files Worksheet for sample of problem. Look at dates highlighted in red. This should apply for the entire worksheet up to row 1000.

Problem: If a discharge date occurs in any of the above columns that date is in red font,
then dates from corresponding rows in columns T - Z "red font dates" should not count
when compiling totals on Last Day of Rpt Period worksheet columns E-K.
