Create a Table That Can Expand in Size

Hello. I am looking for some help with a macro that will create a table for me based on data provided and also be able to grow if I add more sets of data.

I've attached a spreadsheet of what my data will look like and also manually created a table below to show what I am hoping the results will be. For the data I've allowed for up to 20 rows of data to be entered, so when the table is created there will be 20 rows per set, but if not every row is used there will be blanks. This issue I am fine with because I have a macro that can remove empty rows. I am just looking for a macro that can create the table for me.

If any help can be provided, it would be greatly appreciated.

I saw that your data in columns K and L are divided into 2 sets of data. How is this done? Half of it goes with A and the other half with B?
What about the formulas you have in the table? Should they be copied?
