Open button and extract file problem

Dear Sirs,
I am facing with a problem at work. I have a folder with more than 16.000 drawings in pdf,doc,dwg format.
I have an excel, from what my colleagues filter and try to find the drawing.
I do not however, know, how to implement the like in the attached picture the buttons into my excel list.
As I am really in parallel with excel programming, can you please give me, if possible, one empty excel document, having 2 buttons like in the attached picture?
1 button needs to open the file as per the extended code ( will search in the specific folder for the exact code, for example all the drawings will be on D:\Drawings)
And the 2nd button will extract the selected file/s in a folder on desktop.
How can I do that?
