Why macro not working?

I am now using Excel 2007

I've created a Footpath Program where macro assign to this button suppose to collect all the rows in Sheet "Somerton" and "Glenelg" that have interior color of light yellow (color index 19) in B Columns and past these rows in Sheet "NoReturn"

It works in the older workbook that was saved as Excel 2002 but not work in Excel 2007
