Compile Error: Can't find project or Library

Hi All,

I have an Excel table that need to be saved in Access so I used ADO DB. Things work fine on my PC at office but do not work else where. I can't figure out the problem but it gives me an error " Compile error: Can't find project or Library"

Sorry for the long code but I just didn't want to hide anything. PLEASE help me find out why I am Getting the errors when I have ADO and active X for db objects 2.8 all checked ( which is why it works on my PC at work but others for whom I built, cant use it.

What line generates the error?
