Below is the macro that will automatically open up a comment box anytime data is entered into a cell. However, the problem is that the SendKeys command will disable the NumLock key when the macro is enabled. I'm hoping that someone will tell me or show me how to re-write it in a different way so that this doesn't happen.

The code runs fine on my machine. The NumLock state doesn't change. What your are experiencing is not normal behaviour. Your workbook may have become corrupted. Try creating a new workbook with the macro in it and check it behaves the same way. If so, it may be problem with Excel itself.
