Worksheets to PDF

Hi, I currently have the following code which prodcues a PDF of sheet8 rangeA1:K69. What I'm trying to do is have an option button (option button 1) which if selected will include the whole of worksheet1 AND sheet8 range A1:K69 in the PDF. I can create the code to include both worksheet1 and 8 but require help with the inclusion of a worksheet and the range of another worksheet.
