Link contents of a Userform to Workbook feasible?

    hello guys,

I have absolutely no clue about VBA and macros. So I wanted to have your expertise about the feasibilty of what I intend to create:

What I have: an excel workbook (WB1) containing a list of projects which shall be assessed by effort and benefit (each of these 2 criteria is composed of 3 cells containing numerical values)

What I need: Input of these numerical values from the projectmanagers
How : send to each projectmanager a simple User interface (excel userform) for each project with appropriate fields for their inputs.-->they have to return it-->Once i have the inputs of the respective projects on my PC they shall be transfered (ideally on click) from the user interface file into the cells contained in WB1
I want the userform to be the only item that the projectmanagers see when they open the (excel?)-file (so no worksheet, only the GUI).

Is this possible? and is it too complex for an absolute beginner like me?

Thanks! and sorry if the question is too ridiculous but i have really no clue

You would need to create a master file with the VBA & UserForm. The simplest way is to hide all sheets except an instructions sheet. Then send a copy to each manager.

When returned you can undide the relevant data sheet & copy & paste to where you want it
    Hope that helps.
