comparing lists-find each companies rank,

I have 3 lists. Each list has 100 company names and they are ranked 1 through 100. The company names are the same for each list. BUT, on each list the company is ranked in a different order. What I want to do is average all the ranks together. Instead of manually cutting and pasting each company name to put them on the same row, is there a way to automatically find each companies rank, then average them?
