    Raw Data to Tables

Hi guys, i'm new here & new to my company.

They expect me to use macros to make my work easier, but I have no idea how to code.

    well here's my dilemma:
I have a huge database in 3 seperate sheets.
in the 4th sheet i'd like to create tables with the corresponding data from the other 3.
i want 4 rows (categories) and 6 columns(for each fiscal qtr) in each table and 35 tables total...
is there a code that will identify the correct #'s to the corresponding placement in the table?

I've been searching the forum, but since I dont know where to start, i feel lost in the technical terminology. Thanks a million in advance.

HI geongotti and welcome to the forum,

I'd suggest you make a single table and have one of the columns the table name (35 of them). Then you can filter or pivot table your data to give answers.

If you supply a sample workbook we can show you how this might be done.

To attach a sample, click on the "Go Advanced" below the message area and then on the Paper Clip Icon above the message area.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.
