how to create a aktive excel table

Please to same help !
I wont to make ( aktive ) excel table in the sense - in the table enters a information for example:

date time text

28.07.2011 09.00 - 12.00 --------------
26 - 29.07.2011 10.00 - 15.00 --------------
26 July 2011 08.00 - 17.00 --------------

The aim is to show rows of information for the current day and shows the rows 15 minutes before the scheduled time has come,
for example: 09:00 to show at 08:45 and to hide 15 minutes then ( 15:00 to hide at 15:15 ).
The other thing is to paint the rows in red, yellow or orange depending on how long the rows will remain active.
