Multiple Selections from listboxes in Userform into single cell as comma delimited?

I am creating a form that will be used to input data, in that form there are 6 regular text boxes and two multiple selection listboxes that i have already created and work perfectly except that only one selection shows up on the worksheet. I want the output to be comma delimited in the cell. Also I want the named ranges that are supplying my listboxes to be dynamic and update when new values are entered in my LookupLists Sheet.

The two listboxes are named: listCarlisle and listAction

Any help would be awesome, Thank you in advance!

    rorybecers,

Attached is a modified version of your workbook. Is something like that what you're looking for?

    Hope that helps,

Everything was perfect except the data was going into the wrong columns (which is no problem because i can just switch the column titles) and that in the action section in the form i would choose different things and 1, 3 would continue to be entered in the worksheet. Thank you so much for the help though!
