VBA not Executing at specific time

I have no idea why the VBA is not working on my side. I would like 3 different Macro's to be executed at different times. Code in Module 1 needs to be excuted @ 21:03:00. Module 2 to be excuted@ 14:32:00 and Module 3 to be executed@ 20:59:00. Another task is to leave the workbook open so that it auto executes this everyday without me having to do anything. So if I leave it over the weekend, both the day it should perform the task. I would be very grateful if I could be helped.Thanks

The code in Worksheet for some reason is not executing! I have tried using a value rather than a date but still doesnt work.
