search and paste

I want to search in a sheet called "ext suppliers" in column A for a value that is located in a sheet called "anyweek 2" in cell ba 501, if a match is found copy value from "anyweek 2"cell bb501 to the cell b opposite the matching value in ext suppliers
If the value is not found, insert a new row in ext suppliers and copy from anyweek2 ba501-bb501 and paste in ext suppliers new row cell a.

Any help i would be very greatful.
