Delete rows where value is bigger then 35

Dear sir/madam,

I Have a really large dataset and I need to delete all rows where the value in column Q is bigger then 35. In the attachment I have a small sample so you can see what I mean. I hope there is a fast way to do it because in my excel file there are more then 350.000 rows.
