totals by week (changing # of entries)

Help! I am new to this and have received help in the past.

I need a total of approx square footage by week, and add it to another sheet in the workbook for that particular week. My problem is that I may have 3 jobs for the week, or as many as 20 so I cannot do a straight calculation. This information may change daily, so I can refresh my pivot table based on daily updates.


I have attached a file demonstrating what I need.
I hope you can help... I have searched threads, but have not found anything that specifies this type of data. I received help in the past concatenating the job names, but I cannot amend the formula to sum these same jobs.
