Unhide only certain column range dependant upon cell input

    Hi All,
I am trying to build a macro to unhide differing column ranges depending upon a value input by a user(s).
I have a list of user references in one sheet and another sheet where each user is allocated four (4) columns for their data.
User references are not included in this second sheet but each user has four columns of data, the columns used for each user stays the same.
So user1 has columns F through I, user2 has columns J through M and so on...
    The mission:
If user1 inputs their reference 000000 into cell A3 and runs macro1 columns F through I unhide from hidden columns F through to about ZZ.
A second macro2 hides all columns F to ZZ and saves and exits ready for next user.
If user2 inputs their reference 000002 into cell A3 and now runs the same macro1 columns J through M unhide instead.
Ideally I would link to the existing user references rather than have to amend the macro every time a new user is added...but any suggestions most welcome, Thanks
PS - Rough layout so far attached
