Keeping two tables equal based on header column

I've got two tables A & B on separate sheets that I need to keep equal based on their header column.

I've currently got the cells in Table A's header column as
    =IFERROR('Table B'!A$2:A$99," ")
and this keeps the columns equal, but not the rest of the table (i.e. adding/deleting rows). If I remove a row from B, I need the associated row in A to be removed as well, the same for adding a row. The way I have the workbook set now, data can only be added/removed from B so it the method does not have to work in reverse. I've been banging my head against a wall for a while now trying to figure out a way to do this, hopefully someone on here has some insight to offer.
    Really appreciate any help!!
