Refining VBA Code

Hello All

This is the first really usable VBA program I have built. I know that my code isn't very refined and in some places even quite ugly but it does work and do what I want. What I was hoping for was for some suggestions and help in refining all or even just part of it. I know that there is a better way to do it but I'm not sure what it is.

There is also no password just select "Unprotect"
