Sending worksheet in an email as text

I work in a privacy sensitive environment where it would NOT be permissible to send an attachment. (It appears this is the easiest way, but that won't be possible where I work!) Here is my wishlist:

    (1) Is it possible to send JUST one worksheet (out of a 5 tab workbook) via Outlook, but send it as text in the body of the email? (Not worried about formatting of the email. In fact, its mostly verbiage, so prefer a plain text copy/paste.)

    (2) Also, can I specify a courtesy copy to a specific email address (will be the same address every time) and a TO field that can be populated in the excel spreadsheet?

    (3) Thirdly, can I format the SUBJECT line so it prefills with data from 2 separate cells.

For anyone who decides to help me.... THANK YOU!!

    Hi,

You should find examples of what you want at Ron de Bruin's web site http://www.rondebruin.nl/sendmail.htm
